Submission Rules & Additional Fees

  • Intake Fees: $0.15 per raw card and $0.50 per graded slab.
  • NO TOP LOADERS: All cards must be sent either completely raw or in penny sleeves only.
  • Removal Penalty: An additional fee of $0.05 per card will be assessed if our team has to remove cards from top loaders.
Understanding eBay Fees on Bulk Cards

We gladly accept lower-end bulk cards, but want our consignors to understand the marketplace cost structure upfront. In addition to percentage-based Final Value Fees, eBay charges a flat $0.30 transaction/credit card fee on every single order. On lower-end cards (e.g., $1 to $5 sales), this fixed $0.30 fee represents a much larger percentage of the overall sale price, which significantly cuts into the available margin and impacts your final payout on those items.

Because our store offers a massive selection of over 31,000+ cards, multi-card orders are very common. This is a huge benefit when you list with us! When a buyer purchases multiple cards at once, that fixed $0.30 eBay fee is split evenly among all cards in the order. This significantly reduces the fee burden per card and ultimately increases your final payout on lower-end inventory.

Unlike the rest of the industry that forces your cards into unpredictable 7-day auctions, our consignment model is built exclusively around Buy It Now listings. This gives us control over the market and prevents your cards from selling for pennies on a slow night.

  • Graded Slabs: We gladly accept specific set prices for slabs to ensure you get the exact return you're looking for.
  • Raw Cards: Lower-end raw cards are dynamically listed at competitive market prices to keep inventory moving and ensure they actually sell.
  • Market Fluctuations & Active Seasons: The sports card market moves fast. If a player has a massive game, their market value can spike instantly. While we do our best to make rapid market adjustments, we cannot guarantee prices will be updated before a card sells. Please be aware of this when consigning cards of athletes who are currently in their active playing season.
  • Coming Soon - Consignor Portal: We are currently building out custom tools that will allow you to log in and manually adjust your card prices at any time. This portal is not ready yet, but it will give you ultimate control over your live inventory in the future.
